Strength Training – starting from the bottom

After taking some time off of the gym and a solid 6+ months away from squatting or lifting heavy I am just starting to get back into strength training.  I started with a 1rep max attempt on squat, bench and deadlift to see where I am at.  I was able to muster up a 300lb squat, 205lb bench and a 365lb deadlift.  Pretty disappointing considering I was able to squat 315 for 6 reps earlier
